Dear Ghost Mate,

The Team Top-up event is now live! Form a Team with your friends and complete the top-up mission together to earn Jade for the whole Team. The more members who qualify, the bigger everyone's rewards.

Eligible top-up period: 11:00, 22/10/2026 to 23:59, 28/10/2026 (GMT+7).

Accumulate a total top-up of USD 4.00 / PHP 225.00 / IDR 65,000 after joining/creating a Team to qualify for rewards.

You must join or create a Team on the Team Top-up event page first, then top up at the VNGGAMES Payment Page - Ghost Story: Love Destiny for your top-ups to count.

Top-up progress is counted for the character you select when logging in to the event page.

Top-ups made before joining/creating a Team will not be counted.

Step 1: Visit the Team Top-up event page and log in.

Step 2: Create a new Team or find your friends' Team to join.

Step 3: Double-check that you have joined the correct Team.

Step 4: Top up at the VNGGAMES Payment Page - Ghost Story: Love Destiny until you reach USD 4.00 / PHP 225.00 / IDR 65,000 to qualify. (Top-up packs not purchased on the VNGGAMES Payment Page - Ghost Story: Love Destiny will not be counted. Top-ups paid in different currencies during the event will not be combined.)

Step 5: Return to the event page to claim your Jade.

Each time 1 member of the Team qualifies, every member of the Team unlocks 1 additional reward tier of 60 Jade.

When 5 members qualify, each member can claim up to 300 Jade (5 tiers x 60 Jade).

Please double-check your Team before topping up. Once you have started accumulating top-ups, you cannot change Teams.

Team Leaders, please think carefully before approving or inviting members to your Team. Once any member has accumulated top-ups, the Team can no longer be disbanded.

• Only top-ups made on the VNGGAMES Payment Page - Ghost Story: Love Destiny are counted.
• Top-ups in different currencies cannot be combined. Example: PHP 125.00 + USD 2.00 is not valid. Only top-ups in the same currency count toward the total. Example: PHP 100.00 + PHP 75.00 + PHP 50.00.
• Each member can complete the top-up requirement only once during the event.
• After joining/creating a Team and accumulating top-ups, you can no longer leave or disband the Team.
• The Team Leader cannot remove members who have already accumulated top-ups.
• Only top-ups made from 11:00, 22/10/2026 to 23:59, 28/10/2026 (GMT+7) are counted.
• No support will be provided for recording top-ups or reclaiming rewards in any case that does not follow the event rules.
• The event ends at 23:59, 28/10/2026 (GMT+7). Unclaimed Jade cannot be reclaimed after the event ends.

Gather your friends, form a Team and top up together to claim the full 300 Jade in the Team Top-up event!
