Dear Heroes,
Valor Altar – Season 1 has officially begun in Ghost Story! This is a battlefield of strategy – speed – determination, where every ban/pick decision can turn the tide. The Ghost Story Operation Team invites all squads to gather strength, sharpen tactics, and step into the arena of glory.

3. Participation Rules

Register at NPC Jinling – Server Selection.
Team requirement: 5 players, level ≥ 89, up to 10 members/team, max 2 of the same class, and ≥ 9 players to qualify.
Server representative selection:
- Voting Phase: 1 team with the highest votes + Top 3 Battle Power ⇒ 4 teams earn Server Selection rights.
- Server Selection (best-of-2 loss) decides 2 teams as server reps: Qian and Kun to advance cross-server.

4. Training Mode (Recommended)

Helps players get familiar with rules & pace, test ban/pick strategies.
When a team reaches 9 members, any member can go to NPC Jinling – Server Selection to open training.
The system generates phantoms for both sides; phantom actions are simple, suitable for lineup testing.
You may manually set lineups each round or skip combat to move on to the next ban/pick phase.

5. Match Rules (Core)

Victory Condition: First to score ≥ 6 points wins. A match has max 7 rounds, min 5 rounds:

Round 1 – 3-Player Battle

(150s, 1pt) → 3 players; cannot reappear in R3, R5 (2v2), R6.

Round 2 – Challenge

(90s, 1pt) → ban 3 own heroes + pick 1 enemy hero to challenge; cannot reappear in R4, R5, R7.

Round 3 – Group Battle

(180s, 1pt) → 5 players + 1 backup. R6 reuses this lineup.

Round 4 – Single Combat

(120s, 2pt) → 1 player; cannot reappear in R5, R7.

Round 5 – Tag-Team Battle (2v2)

(70s each, 2pt) → 4 players; cannot reappear in R7.

Round 6 – Group Battle

(180s, 2pt).

Round 7 – Single Combat

(120s, 2pt). If a side wins all first 3 rounds, entire team gains +3% ATK in R7.

Tag-Team Battle (2v2): 4 players/team, immediate swap on death; no reserves ⇒ lose. If time runs out with no deaths ⇒ compare damage dealt; lower order may be forced out.

Group Battle: includes Backup (team leader may invite replacement mid-fight). Players in 3-Player Battle cannot join Group Battle.

Victory criteria (for Solo/Challenge/3-Player/Group): (1) Eliminate all enemies; (2) Timeout: side with more kills wins; (3) Still tie: side with higher damage wins.

Timeout on picks: system auto-fills eligible members. Bans must be confirmed to take effect.

6. Resource Preparation – Nurturing Valor Spirits

Go to NPC Jinling – Valor Spirit Nurturing to submit 3 types of materials to enhance Essence – Vitality – Spirit.
Boost server team power; earn Nurture Points to exchange for rare items.
When progress is full, captain may activate Spirit Possession to greatly empower the team in the Main Tournament.

7. Main Tournament

Round-Robin (Sept 20, 14:00–16:30): Pairings based on W/L status; teams with 3 wins advance to Day 2 (Elimination); 3 losses ⇒ eliminated.
Elimination (Sept 21, 14:00–17:20): 6 divisions (Xungxiao, Pawu, Jinlei, Aoxue, Lingshuang, Wenzhen) run in parallel, double elimination, selecting the Champion of each division.
During Elimination, whole server receives System Red Envelopes regardless of W/L.

8. Valor Altar Benefits

Valor Rewards & Likes: available in Resource Prep and Battle Phase. Go to Valor Altar Manager NPC to send likes, win “Valor Idol” gifts.
Champion’s Fan Quest: For 1 month after crowning, visit Jinling – Valor Altar Manager daily for quests to earn Blessing Chests.

9. Important Notes

Lineups & bans/picks are interlinked across rounds. Allocate R4/R5/R7 carefully to optimize points.
Round 3 → Round 6 uses the same lineup: prepare substitutes wisely.
Check devices & connections before matches; practice early to reduce errors.
