This is a large-scale update featuring numerous new features and content, and exciting events that await your exploration. Please take note of the following important information to ensure a smooth experience!
Important Timelines
- From 00:00 on October 16, 2025:
- Ghost Story will begin rolling out the update on the App Store (iOS), Google CHPlay (Android), and Launcher Level Up (PC).
- Note: After updating, you will temporarily be unable to log in until maintenance concludes at 11:00 on the same day.
- From 07:00 to 11:00 on October 16, 2025:
- Full server maintenance to update the new version. Starting at 07:00, please download the update as soon as possible to ensure you can access the game once maintenance is complete.

Important things need to be said three times!!!
- From 11:00 on October 16, 2025: Maintenance complete – servers will reopen for login. S17 - Eternal Love Song officially launches with a series of special ranking events to celebrate the new version.
How to Update Ghost Story
- iOS: Download from the App Store
- Android: Download from Google Play
- PC (Windows): Update via Launcher Level Up
- APK file: For Android devices unable to install game via the store
- Note: For the best experience, prioritize a stable Wi-Fi/LAN connection when updating. Please carefully consider using mobile data (3G/4G/5G).
What to Do If You Encounter Update Issues
If you encounter any issues with the Ghost Story app after updating, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Completely close the Ghost Story app (kill app)
- Step 2: Enable screen recording and capture the error process
- Step 3: Send the video to the Operations Team with the following details:
- Country
- Device
- Connection type (Wi-Fi/4G)
- Error description
- Uploaded video name
Example: VN – iPhone 13 Pro Max – Wifi – error at 99% loading, can't enter game – video: 20250410_080635000_iOS
After receiving the information, the Operations Team will do our best to resolve the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
