The Operations Team has identified an issue where some Ghost Mates did not receive their Bonus Jade after purchasing a Monthly Card on 21/10/2026, as part of the "Bonus Jade for Monthly Card Purchase" promotion.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please rest assured: all affected purchases have been recorded, and the Bonus Jade will be delivered in full, exactly as announced.
The Bonus Jade will be sent before 13:00 on 22/10/2026.
The promotion has been extended by 1 day: from 21/10 until 23:59 on 28/10/2026.
Resolution
- Eligible: Characters that successfully purchased the Monthly Card (Regular) or Premium Monthly Card at [VNGGAMES SHOP] on 21/10/2026 but did not receive the Bonus Jade.
- Delivery time: before 13:00 on 22/10/2026.
- Delivery method: Sent directly to Mail.
- No further action is required on your part.
Important Notes
- Compensated Jade is Bound and cannot be traded.
- The promotion has been extended by 1 day and will now end at 23:59 on 28/10/2026 (instead of 27/10/2026).
- To receive all rewards, please purchase each package separately and do not purchase multiple packages in a single transaction.
