Rules for claiming the Epoxy Night Lamp – Nine Years of Dreams and TOP Race Gift Box
Information required from winners to claim prizes:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Vietnamese Tax ID
- CCCD / VNeID / ID Card (Latin characters) both sides, or Passport — must be a photo taken from the original document
For prize recipients:
- Winners must come in person to VNG Campus or VNG Hanoi to collect their prize. Winners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
- Winners may participate in other promotional programs simultaneously (if any).
- The company is not responsible if the winner fails to receive the prize due to providing incomplete or incorrect information.
- The prize will be awarded within 90 working days from the date the winner's information is confirmed, except in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics).
- Prize collection may be delegated to another person (must bring a valid photo ID and a signed authorization letter).
- The program guarantees fairness, transparency, and objectivity.
