HOW DO TRANSACTION FRAUD AND REFUNDS OCCUR?
- Fraudsters posing as intermediaries often promote that they can top up at prices significantly lower than those listed in the game.
- This is done through Google and Apple payment channels to top up Jade for game accounts.
- However, they then request refunds, despite having received the Jade in the game.
- Requesting refunds without any payment errors is considered invalid behavior.

- DO NOT engage in buying/selling items with unknown characters to avoid being exploited by scammers. You risk losing money while receiving items purchased with illegitimate Jade. Your account may also be permanently banned.
- When making direct payments in the game, DO NOT attempt to request refunds for any reason. If your payment is successful but you have not received the items, please contact the customer support team for support.
- The Ghost Story Team has the right to PERMANENTLY BAN accounts that buy/sell Jade/Silver/items from accounts topped up with illegitimate sources. Therefore, please consider carefully before engaging in any transactions of Jade/Silver and other items.
