Qualifiers

• Location: Tournament Cluster – Love Destiny server.
• Format: Team Duel 2v2, BO3; each round lasts 2:45.
• If a round ends in a draw, the winner is determined by total damage dealt.
• TOP 128 teams draw numbers and are paired according to a fixed bracket (no redraw between rounds).
• The first team to reach 3 wins advances, until TOP 32 remain.

Finals

• Location: Tournament Cluster – Love Destiny server.
• Format: Team Duel 2v2, BO3; each round lasts 2:45.
• If a round ends in a draw, the winner is determined by total damage dealt.
• TOP 32 split into Left/Right brackets (16 each) to determine the Champion – Runner-up – Second Runner-up.

General Regulations

General Conditions

• Each registrant must be at least 18 years old.
• Each individual may use only one account/character to participate. If anyone is found using two or more accounts/characters, that entrant must choose one character to withdraw to comply with the one-character-per-player rule.
• Participants must comply with the tournament rules. The Organizing Committee (OC) will refuse to resolve disputes if an individual violates the rules.

Disclaimer

• If major incidents beyond the OC’s control occur during the tournament, the OC reserves the right to unilaterally suspend the tournament without liability. Decisions will be based on the actual situation and publicly announced on the Ghost Story homepage.
• Before official matches begin, the OC may adjust certain contents to ensure fairness and quality. Changes will be announced on official channels.
• In case of disputes, the OC’s decision is final.

Rights to Names & Images

• Each participant permits VNG Games, Ghost Story, the Tournament Organizer, and their respective branches to live-stream or record their gameplay at any tournament. Each participant grants a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable license to reproduce, display, distribute, modify, host, store, and use their full name, Player Tag, photos, portrait, image, avatar, voice, video, in-game character, game statistics, and biographical information, and to create derivative works thereof, on any media now or hereafter, for:
  • Broadcasting any scope of all or part of the Tournament
  • Marketing and promoting Ghost Story or any Tournament (in whole or in part)
  • Marketing and promoting Ghost Story
  • Each player acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that all broadcasts and audiovisual recordings of any part of the Tournament are owned by Ghost Story or its licensors. Appearing in a broadcast or audiovisual recording grants no ownership to the player.

Handling Match-Related Complaints

• Throughout the tournament, the OC accepts complaints submitted directly to Customer Support via Email, Fanpage, or Support Site within 01 (one) day after the disputed match ends. For exceptions, the OC will contact the complainant via the provided email or phone to resolve the case within 03 (three) working days. The OC’s decision is final.
• If unforeseen force-majeure incidents directly affect matches (e.g., ISP outages, service system issues, natural disasters, war), the OC will announce on the game’s homepage within 02 (two) days and reschedule the matches.
• Exception: After a match ends, if a contestant files a complaint or the OC discovers violations by the winner, the OC may disqualify the offending contestant. This decision does not change the original results of the remaining contestants.

Legal Provisions

Applicable to physical prizes:

• Players on the physical-prize winner list must contact Customer Support to provide information within 7 days from the official announcement.
• The Organizing Committee’s decision is final.
• Winners agree to the event rules set by the Organizing Committee and must provide sufficient personal information for prize delivery.
• The OC will not process cases where incorrect information is provided.
• Prize claims must be made within 3 months from the announcement date; after this period, unclaimed prizes will be voided.
