Who can receive the reward:

ONLY ACCOUNTS THAT HAVE NOT LOGGED INTO ANY SERVER WITH ANY CHARACTER SINCE JANUARY 10, 2025, ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE REWARDS

Example:

+ If your account contains multiple characters across various servers, and any one of those characters has logged into the game since January 10, 2025, the account will NOT be eligible for rewards in the Welcome Spring, Welcome You Back.

How to Claim Rewards:

- Go to the "Welcome Back Event" page.

- Click the "Receive Reward" button, and select the character from the eligible account to receive the "Welcome Back Gift." .

- Note: Once a character has been selected, you cannot change your choice. Please ensure you select the correct character.

- After confirming the character, click "Receive Reward" again. The reward will be sent directly to the selected character’s in-game mailbox.

- Each account can only claim the reward once during the event period.

- Rewards sent to the in-game mailbox will be bound by default.
