Gem & Pattern System

Socket and Socketing

- Gear can randomly appear with sockets, and each socket can be embedded with one gem, but two gems of the same type cannot be embedded on the same piece of gear.

- The number of sockets on the gear is not fixed, but each type of gear has a maximum limit on the number of sockets.

Gear Type Maximum Number of Sockets
Dual-wield 7
One-handed 6
Shield 3
Helm 2
Armor 6
Belt 2
Gloves 2
Shoes 2
Ring 1
Bracelet 1
Necklace 1

- As long as the number of sockets on the gear has not reached the limit, players can proceed with the socketing operation for that gear.

- The item used for socketing is the Diamond Drill, which is divided into 5 levels (1–5), corresponding to gear levels 69/89/109/129/137.

- Regardless of the gear's color, socketing uses the same type of Diamond Drill.

Obtaining Gems

- Gems are divided into 10 levels (from level 1–10), and in the game, only level 1 gems can be directly obtained.

- When monsters are defeated, there is a certain chance of dropping low-level gems (gems number 1–25).

- High-level gems (gems number 26–38) can be obtained by using a Treasure Chest Key to open a Gem Box purchased from the shop.

Embedding, Upgrading, and Removing Gems

- As long as the gear has an empty socket that has not been embedded with a gem, selecting a gem in the bag to embed will be successful.

- The success rate of embedding is 100%.

- After embedding, the gear will have the corresponding secondary attribute.

- The same gem, when embedded in a weapon, defensive gear, or accessory, will result in different attributes.

- The embedded gem on the gear can be upgraded by consuming gems of the same type.

- The highest level that can be upgraded is level 10.

- Gems on the gear can be removed, and will automatically convert into the corresponding number of the same type of level 1 gems.

- The higher the gem level, the more level 1 gems will be received upon removal.

Stone Spirit

- When embedding gems according to a certain combination into a specific gear type, the Stone Spirit effect will be activated, granting additional secondary attributes.

- Embedding does not require a specific order, but the correct gear type is mandatory.

Image 5: Adaptation Stone Spirit Set

- The Stone Spirit effect on a piece of gear is determined by the gem with the lowest level in the combination.

- For example: A Stone Spirit combination consisting of 1 level 2 gem and 2 level 3 gems will receive the effect of a level 2 Stone Spirit.
