• March 13 (3:00 PM) - March 14 (10:00 AM GMT+7): Teams member must confirm receipt of their character copy notification via Discord. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

• March 17 (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM): Tournament Committee copies characters to Ghost Legends (Tournament Server).
• March 17 (2:00 PM) - March 20 (10:00 AM): Players log in to verify their copied characters.
• Any equipment discrepancies must be reported via the Tournament Discord Form by March 20, 10:00 AM (GMT+7). Reports via other channels will not be accepted.
• Successfully verified character will receive Check-in Tournament Server Rewards.

• There are 2 Round:
• Round 1: The Top 128 teams will be randomly matched.
• Round 2: The Top 64 winning teams will proceed to determine the Top 32.
• Battle Mode: BO5 - Single Elimination
• Schedule: March 24 - March 30 (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM GMT+7)

• Location: Ghost Legends (Tournament Server)
• Format: The Top 32 teams will be randomly assigned into 8 groups (A - H).
• Battle Mode: BO5 - Point Accumulation
• Schedule: March 31 - April 6 (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM GMT+7)
• TOP 2 eams from each group will advance to the Finals.

• Battle Mode: BO5
• Schedule: April 7 - April 13 (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM GMT+7)

• Rounds include:
• Round 1: 5 vs 5
• Round 2: 3 vs 3
• Round 3: 5 vs 5
• Round 4: 2 vs 2
• Round 5: 5 vs 5
• Match Duration: 3 minutes 30 seconds
• Waiting time: 2 minutes per match. Teams exceeding this limit will be disqualified.
• One day before the match, the Team Leader must register the 3 vs 3 participants with the Tournament Committee via a designated Discord Form. The lineup will remain confidential until the match begins. Players participating in the 3 vs 3 round cannot take part in the 2 vs 2 round.
• If the team fails to confirm their lineup before the deadline, the Tournament Committee will randomly select 3 members (including a , if available). Once confirmed by the Team Leader, no changes can be made for any reason.
• All inquiries, reports, and communications must be conducted via Discord. If you contact other channels, you will be directed to Discord. The Tournament Committee will not acknowledge any information submitted through non-Discord channels

Participate Requirements

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the tournament
• Each participant may only use one account/character to participate in the tournament. If it is found that a participant is using more than one account or character, they will be required to choose one, ensuring that each player participates with only one character
• Participants must adhere to all tournament rules. The organizer will not resolve disputes for individuals violating the tournament rules

Exclude all liability

• If any unforeseen event occurs during the tournament that is beyond the control of the Organizer, they reserve the right to suspend the tournament without any responsibility. The Organizer will base its decision on the situation and publicly announce it on the Ghost Story: Love Destiny official website
• The Organizer has the right to adjust certain tournament details content (rule, format, etc.) before the official matches to ensure fairness and quality. All changes will be announced on the Ghost Story: Love Destiny official website and other communication channels
• In the case of disputes, the decision of the Organizer will be final

Rights to Use Names & Images

• By participating in the tournament, each participant grants Ghost Story: Love Destiny, its organizing unit, and affiliates the rights to broadcast or record their gameplay during any tournament. Each participant also grants Ghost Story: Love Destiny and the organizing unit a worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, display, distribute, edit, and store their name, player tag, photos, portraits, avatars, voice, video, in-game character, game stats, biographical info, and create derivative works of these materials for any future marketing, broadcasting, or tournament-related purposes:
• All audiovisual recordings and broadcasts of the tournament are owned by Ghost Story: Love Destiny or its licensors and appearing in such media does not grant any ownership to participants

Dispute Resolution

• Throughout the tournament, the Organizer will address complaints through official channels such as email, fan pages, or the support website within 1 day of the match. In exceptional cases, the Organizer will contact the complainant via email or phone within 3 business days. The Organizer's decision is final.
• If unexpected issues such as ISP failures, game service disruptions, natural disasters, or war impact the tournament, the Organizer will announce this on the game’s official website within 2 days and arrange a rematch at a later date.
• In exceptional cases, if a winner is found violating rules after a match, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the offender without altering the results for the other participants.

Legal Regulations

For material rewards:

• Winners of physical prizes must contact Ghost Story: Love Destiny's customer service to provide necessary information within 30 days of the official announcement
• The Organizer's decision is final
• Participants must agree to the event's rules and provide accurate personal information to the Organizer
• The deadline to claim prizes is 3 months from the announcement date. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited
