[LDT 2024] CHARACTER COPY PROCESS

• Note: The Tournament Organizer will not provide any resources. Please ensure your character is fully prepared with all necessary items/equipment in your Bag.
• By 09:59 AM on November 4, 2024 (GMT +7), effects for House Pray (Lucky Star) and Heirloom must be set to at least 60 minutes. (Buffs can be obtained via House Pray in House > Heirloom > Pray).
• Before 09:59 AM on November 4, 2024 (GMT +7), complete all required preparations for your character’s Equipment/Items/Refine/Socketing/Horse Life Extension to ensure your character is ready for the tournament.
• From 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on November 4, 2024 (GMT +7), characters undergoing the Copy Process will be temporarily locked to ensure data consistency. During this time, characters will be copied to the Love Destiny Server (Tournament Cluster).
• From 2:00 PM on November 4 to 10:00 AM on November 11, 2024 (GMT +7): Log into your character on the Love Destiny Server (Tournament Cluster) to verify all equipment. Report any discrepancies or missing items immediately to Tournament Support (via the Discord channel shared previously). No further support will be available after 3:00 PM on November 11, 2024.
• At 10:00 AM on November 12, 2024 (GMT +7), the Love Destiny Server (Tournament Cluster) will temporarily close in preparation for the Cross-Server Qualifiers (selecting the top 64 teams).

• Check item/equipment/material quantities in your Bag/Warehouse, including Charm, all point and money.
• Verify equipment/talisman/spirit beast attributes and the effects of House Pray (Lucky Star) and Heirloom.
• Confirm the effect duration of House Pray (Lucky Star) & Heirloom, Lucky Fish (auto-renewal enabled).
• Check all character stats, including power/intellect/ etc. attributes.

Participate Requirements

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the tournament
• Each participant may only use one account/character to participate in the tournament. If it is found that a participant is using more than one account or character, they will be required to choose one, ensuring that each player participates with only one character
• Participants must adhere to all tournament rules. The organizer will not resolve disputes for individuals violating the tournament rules

Exclude all liability

• If any unforeseen event occurs during the tournament that is beyond the control of the Organizer, they reserve the right to suspend the tournament without any responsibility. The Organizer will base its decision on the situation and publicly announce it on the Ghost Story: Love Destiny official website
• The Organizer has the right to adjust certain tournament details content (rule, format, etc.) before the official matches to ensure fairness and quality. All changes will be announced on the Ghost Story: Love Destiny official website and other communication channels
• In the case of disputes, the decision of the Organizer will be final

Rights to Use Names & Images

• By participating in the tournament, each participant grants Ghost Story: Love Destiny, its organizing unit, and affiliates the rights to broadcast or record their gameplay during any tournament. Each participant also grants Ghost Story: Love Destiny and the organizing unit a worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, display, distribute, edit, and store their name, player tag, photos, portraits, avatars, voice, video, in-game character, game stats, biographical info, and create derivative works of these materials for any future marketing, broadcasting, or tournament-related purposes:
• All audiovisual recordings and broadcasts of the tournament are owned by Ghost Story: Love Destiny or its licensors and appearing in such media does not grant any ownership to participants

Dispute Resolution

• Throughout the tournament, the Organizer will address complaints through official channels such as email, fan pages, or the support website within 1 day of the match. In exceptional cases, the Organizer will contact the complainant via email or phone within 3 business days. The Organizer's decision is final.
• If unexpected issues such as ISP failures, game service disruptions, natural disasters, or war impact the tournament, the Organizer will announce this on the game’s official website within 2 days and arrange a rematch at a later date.
• In exceptional cases, if a winner is found violating rules after a match, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the offender without altering the results for the other participants.

Legal Regulations

For material rewards:

• Winners of physical prizes must contact Ghost Story: Love Destiny's customer service to provide necessary information within 30 days of the official announcement
• The Organizer's decision is final
• Participants must agree to the event's rules and provide accurate personal information to the Organizer
• The deadline to claim prizes is 3 months from the announcement date. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited
