Quests Quest Interface Shortcut In the top-left corner of the main interface, you can view some of the tasks currently accepted, and some tasks can be automatically navigated to by clicking on them.
 

Full Quest Interface Clicking on the Quest button in the Collapsed Quest Panel on the main screen will open the full Quest feature interface.
Equipment Introduction [Equipment] is an essential method to improve combat capability and can be randomly obtained in various in-game activities. Equipment attributes are divided into basic attributes, element attributes, divine weapon attributes, gem attributes, set attributes, etc. Equipment can be enhanced, socketed with gems, and reforged to enhance its capabilities.
Affix Refining Click on Equipment, select [Forge - Refine - Affix Refining], and you can use the Purification Vase to refine the equipment's attributes. Each refinement resets the fixed attribute value as well as the number, type, and value of the remaining random attribute lines. For Purple equipment and above, the first 4 element attribute lines are fixed, and the remaining lines are random.
Basic Refinement Click on Equipment, select [Forge - Refine - Basic Refinement], and you can use the Prayer Beads to refine the basic attributes of the equipment. Each refinement resets the basic attribute value within a certain range.
Change Affix Click on Equipment, select [Forge - Refine - Change Affĩ], and you can use Red Ice or Purple Ice to exchange element attributes for equipment of corresponding quality. Each exchange randomly changes one attribute line to a random attribute line. This feature allows you to change the basic element attribute lines that cannot be changed through Affix Refining
Identified Skill For equipment displaying [Additional Skill - To Be Appraised] in the attribute interface, click [Identify] to consume Silver and perform [Identification]. After identification, you will randomly receive an identified skill.

Socket Click on Equipment, select [Forge - Socket], and you can use the [Diamond Drill] to perform [Socket] on the equipment and embed gems in the drilled slots.
Gem Introduction  Socketing [Gems] in equipment can enhance the equipment's power. Depending on your class, choose a reasonable combination of gems to become more flexible in combat.
 
Low Quality Gem Participate in certain in-game activities to obtain low-level gems, or you can click [Market - Trading Market - Gems] to purchase them directly.
High Quality Gem You can purchase gem chests at Jinling from NPC Liu Yingguo with Gold, using a Martial Arts Order to open them. Alternatively, click [Shop - Divine Treasure - Enhancement] to buy high-quality gem chests, which require a Treasure Chest Key to open. You can also buy gems directly from the Player Store in the Market.
Stone Spirit Socketing specific combinations of gems (no particular order required) into specific equipment types will create the [Stone Spirit] effect, granting additional attributes and significantly increasing combat power.
Talisman Introduction  [Talismans] are important equipment to enhance combat capability, with a total of 8 talisman slots available. Equipping multiple talismans of the same type can activate the talisman set effect. Talisman power can be enhanced through embedding, reforging, refining, etc. 
 
Socketing Talisman Characters that haven't ascended to ≥ level 109, or after ascending at any level, can directly drill slots for talismans and perform [Talisman Socket]. In the talisman or inventory interface, click [Talisman - Craft - Talisman Socket] to embed talismans.
Reforge In the talisman inventory or item inventory, click [Talisman - Craft - Reforge], and you can use [Ocean Jade] to perform [Reforge on red and immortal talisman. Each reforging randomly changes the basic attributes of the talisman.
Talisman Refining In the talisman inventory or item inventory, click [Talisman - Craft - Refine], and you can use [Spirit Wild Jade] to perform [Refinement] on blue, red, and immortal talismans. Each refinement randomly changes the additional attributes of the talisman.
Pattern Participate in certain in-game activities to obtain [Pattern], or after unsealing ascension, consume Guanning points to exchange for them. You can also buy them directly from the Player Store. There are a total of 24 types of pattern, divided into attributes such as control resistance, element penetration, etc. Embed them in talismans with drilled slots to activate their effects.
Skill Introduction  In the game, you can learn many types of skills. Some skills enhance combat capability, while others can create items, providing various conveniences in the game.
Class Skill Click the [Skills] button to view and learn the current class's skills. Learning and upgrading skills require character levels. Learning certain skills requires consuming the corresponding [Skill Tome], and upgrading skills requires consuming experience and banknote.
Skills and Talents Setting Click [Skills - Change] to enter the skill modification interface, where you can freely install learned active skills. Only skills installed in the skill bar can be used in combat. When your cultivation reaches ≥ level 40, the [Talent] will be unlocked. All talents are passive skills and can be adjusted for free in the skill modification interface. If you're unsure how to use skills and Talents effectively, you can use the Recommendation feature.
Life Skills Click [Skills - Life Skills] to view and learn [Life Skills]. Spend guild contributions and banknote to learn and upgrade. Gathering, fishing, alchemy, cooking, and craftsmanship skills can create corresponding items. Five Animals and Arctic Ocean Qigong can increase your health and mana limits, while Five Ghost Generals can increase your luck.
Fishing Skill Characters reaching level ≥ 65 and with house level ≥ 6 can go to Hangzhou to find Yan Guichao to receive the quest. After completion, you can learn the [Fishing Skill]. After learning this skill, you can go to Immortal Bay to fish for sea fish, obtaining ornamental fish for decoration and luck fish to increase your attributes.
Practice Skill After 48 hours in the guild, click [Guild - Welfare - Practice] to view and learn [Guild Cultivation Skills] that the guild has unlocked. Learning and upgrading requires spending guild contributions and banknote. Cultivation skills can directly enhance attributes such as attack, defense, element resistance, etc.
Divine Refinement Skill Click [Guild - Welfare - Divine Refinement Skill] to view and learn [Divine Refinement Skills]. Learning and upgrading require spending guild contributions, banknote, and Territory Prestige. Divine skills can enhance attributes such as attack, critical hit, etc.

Clan Skill After joining a [Sect], players reaching level ≥ 85 can enter the character attribute interface, click [Spirit Stone Symbol on the top left - Sect - Skills] to view and learn [Sect Skills]. Sect skills include Clan secret technique (active skills with different effects depending on the class), Longevity Secret (increases health limit), and Heavenly Signs (predicts special natural phenomena and reduces the impact of refining during special natural phenomena).
Spirit Beast Spirit Beast Lineup Reaching level 10 and completing the Spirit Beast quest will unlock the [Spirit Beast] feature. Spirit Beasts can assist in combat. The Spirit Beast lineup can configure 3 Spirit Beasts, including [Active Spirit Beast] (immediately assists in combat), [Backup Spirit Beast] (assists when the active Spirit Beast dies), [Companion Spirit Beast] (provides various attributes and passive effects to the owner). Click the [Spirit Beast] button on the right side of the main interface to open the Spirit Beast interface, where you can perform operations such as resting, releasing, or summoning existing Spirit Beasts. You can also purchase the Duling House in the mystic treasure store to expand the number of Spirit Beasts that can be carried. 
Spirit Beast Refining Click on [Spirit Beast - Refining] to consume Green Willow Dew and perform [Refining] for your Spirit Beast. Refining will reset the appearance, growth, and attributes of the Spirit Beast.
Spirit Beast Skill Click on [Spirit Beast - Skills] to learn and upgrade [Spirit Beast Skills]. Spirit Beast skills are divided into regular skills and companion skills. Regular skills are effective when the Spirit Beast is in battle, while companion skills are effective when the Spirit Beast is in companion mode.
Spirit Beast Enlightenment Click on [Spirit Beast - Skills] to learn and upgrade [Spirit Beast Skills]. Spirit Beast skills are divided into regular skills and companion skills. Regular skills are effective when the Spirit Beast is in battle, while companion skills are effective when the Spirit Beast is in companion mode.
House Land Contract Characters at level 65 or higher can [go to Hangzhou to find Ji Cheng] and spend silver to purchase land, thus owning a [House]. You can also buy Land Contract from others directly from their Player Store. When players get married, if one party owns a homestead, the homestead will become joint property. If you want to transfer or sell the Homestead to someone else, the owner needs to go to Hangzhou, meet Ji Cheng, and choose to convert the House into a Land Contract.
Heirloom [Heirlooms] consist of two parts: appearance and attributes. There are three types: Heaven, Earth, and Human, each enhancing different attributes. You can place one heirloom of each type in your homestead. The appearance of a Heirlooms can be remade by clicking [House - Heirlooms - Reforge], consuming 2 points of spiritual energy to craft. The attributes of a Heirlooms are activated by a verified cinnabar brush, which will transfer its attributes to the heirloom. Unverified cinnabar brushes can be obtained through crafting, and verified cinnabar brushes can be purchased from players' Player Shops. After activation, place the heirloom in the house, and pray at the heirloom interface to receive enhanced attributes.
Lucky Fish Red and purple quality ornamental fish obtained from sea fishing can be placed in the [Hoise - Heirlooms - Lucky Fish] interface by clicking [Lucky Fish]. Using Talisman to nurture Lucky Fish can grant them specific attributes. Linking an Lucky Fish with attributes to the talisman will allow you to receive the linked attributes of the Lucky Fish when wearing the corresponding talisman and performing praying.
Guild Guild Introduction Characters at level 20 or higher can click on the [Guild] button on the right to apply for membership in a [Guild]. Players who have joined a guild can click the guild button to view guild information. Joining a guild not only helps you make friends but also allows you to participate in various activities and receive many great rewards.
Guild Event Click on [Guild - Activities] on the right to view [Guild Activities]. Guild activities are diverse, including Freight Quests, Escort, and large-scale events like guild league, guild beauty rescue, etc. Specific rules and opening times can be viewed in this interface or the activities interface.
Ascension and Astrological Sign Introduction  After 210 days of the server opening, the [Ascension Seal] will be unlocked. Players who reach level 109 or higher and complete the second chapter of the main storyline can receive the ascension quest. After completing the quest and meeting specific requirements, players can successfully ascend. Upon ascension, the character will have a celestial appearance, the level will be reset to 1, the level cap will be raised to 160, and the Astrological Sign and Universe Bag functions will be unlocked. After ascending and completing the [Ascension] Starry Sky quest, players can unlock the [Astrological Sign]. Click the star icon at the top right of the character interface in the attribute interface to open the Astrological Sign interface. Activating stars will grant corresponding attributes.

Sect Introduction  Characters at level 50 or higher can go to Jinling and find [Mr. Yuanyi] to identify their [Five Elements Destiny] and apply to join a [Sect]. After joining a sect, players can enhance their spirit core level, learn Sect Secret Arts, Sect Skills, and obtain rare equipment.
Sect Skill After joining a [Sect], players who reach level 85 or higher can go to the character attribute interface, click on the [Spirit Core Icon on the top left - Sect - Skills] to view and learn [Sect Skills]. Sect skills include Sect Secret Arts (active skills with different effects depending on the sect), Longevity Secret (increases health limit), and Heavenly Signs (predicts special natural phenomena and reduces the refining impact of these phenomena).
Spirit Core level After joining a sect, use the world map to click on the [Sect] button to teleport back to the sect and find the Sky Tower to receive the Spirit Core Initiation quest. Upon completion, you will unlock the [Spirit Core System]. Upgrading the spirit core level can increase the speed of gathering spiritual energy and talisman crafting materials and is necessary for upgrading Sect Secret Arts and Charm.
Spirit Core level When the spirit core level reaches 30, [Charm] will be unlocked. Click on the [Spirit Core Icon on the top left of the character attribute interface - Charm] to view and learn Charm. Crafting Charm and using them can temporarily increase damage against other class.
Family Tree Introduction  Click on the [Dream Island Button on the right side of the friends interface - the "Family Tree" button under the avatar on the left] to view your [Family Tree]. You can also open other players' Dream Islands to view their family tree. The family tree includes relationships such as marriage, guests, sworn siblings, and master-disciple bonds, who will be your closest companions in the world of Ghost Story.
Soul Steal Introduction  Purchase Soul Snatcher in the [Shop - Gold] and [Divine Treasure] to participate in the [Soul Snatching] gameplay. Use the Soul Snatcher to designate an enemy as a soul-snatching target. After defeating or assisting a teammate in defeating the target, you can cause the target to fall into a soul-disintegration state. Players who have their soul snatched will need to complete difficult tasks to retrieve their soul and return to a normal state. 
    

Fishing Rod Introduction After learning the fishing skill, you will receive a free [Level 1 Fishing Rod]. You can use the fishing rod to fish at Immortal Bay. By using bait and successfully catching fish, you can obtain various types of fish and increase your fishing proficiency. Consuming fishing proficiency can upgrade the fishing skill, allowing you to equip higher-level fishing rods and bait.
Imperial Examination Introduction [Imperial Examination] opens once every two weeks. Players at level 35 or higher can participate in the preliminary exam from Monday to Friday, between 18:00 and 22:00, by clicking [Event - Provincial Examination]. Answering 20 questions correctly will qualify you for the main exam. The main exam starts on Saturday at 19:00, where the top 30 players will immediately enter the final exam (Imperial Examination), while the remaining players can enter to observe.

Monasticism Introduction The [Monasticism] unlocks when the server opens the level 109 seal. Single players at level 69 or higher can go to Jinling and find [De Qing] to apply for monastic life. Married or engaged players can pay additional Silver to apply for monastic life. After becoming a monk, you cannot return to secular life on your own; you will need a friend to find De Qing and pay a ransom to help you return to secular life.
Sub - Attribute Points
 Introduction You can go to [Demi-fairy Dong] in Jinling to check your [Sub - Attribute Points]. Sub - Attribute Points can be obtained through event activities, martial arts tournaments, and the fishing points shop.
Sub - Attribute Points Refining You can reset points in the Sub - Attribute Points Refining] interface. Each reset will deduct 1 point from a designated attribute and randomly distribute it to other attributes.
