The Ghost Legends Championship 2025 officially concluded on April 13, 2025. All in-game item rewards were fully delivered within 7 working days after the tournament ended.
However, regarding the cash rewards, due to difficulties in verifying personal information, the extended reconciliation process has caused delays, and some cases remain unresolved to this day.
First of all, the Product Operations Team sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience and the lack of flexibility in handling this matter, which has impacted your reward experience.
To accelerate the resolution process and better support players, we are introducing a flexible redemption option as follows:
Cash to x2 Jade Package Conversion
- Confirmation period: from July 11, 2025 to July 14, 2025.
- Teams that agree to convert will receive a x2 Jade Package equivalent to the cash reward value on the day of confirmation (including Saturday and Sunday).
- Teams opting to receive cash must complete all required information before July 17, 2025. Cash rewards will be transferred by August 1, 2025.

Important Notes
Case 1: Agree to convert cash reward to x2 Jade Package- The team leader will confirm with the Product Operations Team that the team chooses Jade instead of cash.
- On the confirmation day, all 5 team members will receive Jade and VIP Points according to the x2 Jade Package scheme.
- No pooling of rewards for any team member is supported. Jade can only be transferred to another character under the same account (defined as a player who has moved to another server).
- If the team (including the Team Leader and 4 members) has provided all required information, cash will be transferred by August 1, 2025. The money will be sent to the Team Leader’s account. The Organizing Committee will not handle or intervene in any dispute related to cash after the transfer is completed.
- If the team (any member or the Team Leader) has not provided full required information, please complete it by July 17, 2025, for cash to be transferred by August 1, 2025. If the deadline is missed, the Organizing Committee will automatically convert the cash reward to the x2 Jade Package and will not accept further support or complaints.
- When converted to the x2 Jade Package, Jade will be evenly distributed to all 5 members. Jade can be transferred to another character under the same account (defined as a player who has moved to another server).
- After July 17, 2025, the Organizing Committee will stop accepting support requests related to receiving cash or converting to the x2 Jade Package. Therefore, any team that does not respond, or from whom no reply is received despite being contacted, will be processed under either case (1) or (2) as appropriate.
