Requirement: You must have participated in the purchase of Gift Packs during the Event Pre-order: "Enjoy Abundant Benefits - Get Ready to Explore Ghost Story: Love Destiny" from 10:00 AM on August 13, 2024, to 11:59 PM on August 19, 2024
Step 1: Use the account that purchased the Gift Pack and log in to the game.
Step 2: Move to the Jinling map, and find NPC Wu Qiuyue (coordinates: 111,124). Select "Claim Pre-Order." Alternatively, you can check the notification letter about receiving Pre-Order gifts and click on the coordinates in the letter to reach NPC Wu Qiuyue
After clicking "Claim Pre-Order" the gift will be sent to your Letter
